Inclement Weather Policy
We shoot rain or shine. Lightning will stop the training. When possible, we try to use the EZ shelters to mitigate the rain. Rain jackets and other helpful gear are recommended (such as an extra pair of shoes or pants for the ride back home).
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a class, please email us at info@green-ops.com and we can apply your registration fees toward a future class.
Cancellation 30 Days or Earlier Than Class Start Date
We understand that sometimes you have to cancel your attendance at a class. Please contact us at: info@green-ops.com . Full refund will be issued minus PayPal or Stripe fees. (This is the merchant policy and not ours).
Cancellation Within 30 Days of Class Start Date
No refund will be issued, but fees can be transferred to another class. If no transfer is possible, fees will be issued in the form of credits and must be used within 18 months.
Class transfer credit will only be done for one class transfer maximum.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Class Start Date / No-Shows
Participants who cancel within 48 hours of the class start date or do NOT show to the event forfeit their total registration fees.
Wait List for Sold Out Events
Is the event that you wished to attend sold out? Sign up for our wait list by emailing us at info@green-ops.com. If we get a last minute student schedule change, you will be notified of the opening.
