Pistol Skills & Drills Clinic (4.5 HRS)
Note: Students should be able to safely draw from the holster and shoot. Practicing the draw from the holster prior to the class is highly recommended. If you need help with this, please contact us for recommendations.
Description
Pistol Skills and Drills is a 4 hour clinic focusing on diving deeper into the fundamentals and mechanics of competent pistol shooting skills. Shooters will compete in varying shooting drills that exist to expose insufficiencies in the execution of the individual shooter. After each drill, there will be instruction on how to improve in multiple areas in a diagnostic approach to each shooters needs. Each student will walk away with a much better understanding of their individual skill set and areas needing improvement moving forward.

Equipment Needed
Serviceable semi-automatic pistol (9mm or larger caliber) and at least three magazines
Quality belt with strong side holster and at least 2 magazine pouch
Serpa holsters or similar holsters that use the trigger finger to deactivate a retention device are NOT allowed
2-3 magazine holders (belt mounted)
3-4 magazines of 10 round capacity (minimum)
250 rounds of dependable ammunition (minimum). No steel core, no armor piercing, no tracer.
Knee pads (optional)
Eye protection, hearing protection (electronic recommended) and baseball cap.

This is an outdoor range, so the only restrooms are Port-A-Johns.
