Prerequisite: Participants must have a basic understanding of firearms safety and the physical capability to complete rigorous training. This course is designed for individuals preparing for tactical fitness and marksmanship challenges, combining strength, endurance, shooting, and obstacle course navigation.
Description
The Tactical Endurance & Shooting Course (TESC) is an intensive two-day program designed to prepare athletes for the challenges of tactical fitness and marksmanship competitions. This course integrates physical endurance, firearms proficiency, and obstacle course navigation to help participants develop the skills necessary for success in The Tactical Games (TTG) and similar events.

By the end of this course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of tactical endurance competitions and he necessary skills, mindset, and fitness level to compete with confidence.
Required Gear:
Rifle & Pistol (semi-automatic, competition-ready)
4 Rifle Magazines & 4 Pistol Magazines
Sling for Rifle
Plate Carrier (15 lbs. minimum for men, 12 lbs. minimum for women)
Holster (must have active retention & outside-the-waistband)
Serpa holsters or similar holsters that use the trigger finger to deactivate a retention device are NOT allowed
Mag Pouches for Rifle & Pistol
800 Rounds Rifle Ammo (No steel core, armor-piercing, or tracer)
600 Rounds Pistol Ammo
Hydration Source (CamelBak or multiple water bottles)
Notebook & Pen
Recommended Gear:
Knee Pads / Gloves
Shooting Mat or Tarp
Chalk / Grip Tape for Obstacle Course
Athletic Attire & Sturdy Footwear
Sun Protection (Hat, Sunscreen, Sunglasses)
Towel / Extra Clothing for Post-Training
Water for hydration
Eye protection, hearing protection (electronic recommended) and baseball cap
Empty chamber/open bolt indicator.
A tarp tent for post shooting.
Additional Information
Holsters must have retention to ensure firearm security during physical movement.
Lunch is NOT provided – Bring your own food/snacks.
Restroom facilities – Portable toilets on-site.
Bring a Chair – Recommended for downtime between training blocks.
